Thirty four year old native, Marktavious Sanpriest Patton, is a creative force. Known by his supporters as “Sanpriest”, he is a prolific singer, songwriter, actor, event host, artist, podcaster, and much more. As a singer, Sanpriest has been described as dynamic, captivating, and engaging - a true performer, and a lover of the craft. From the moment he steps onto a stage - he commands your attention. As a songwriter, he has an undoubtable way with words. His catchy hooks will have you humming all day long! Melodies since from his mind as naturally as regular conversation. ​

The Unicorn
Sanpriest’s musical endeavors have put him on stages in many contexts. Wielding a degree in music performance North Carolina A&T he has been in musical theater productions, festivals, and live music venues from Charlotte, NC to Phoenix, AZ he has showcased his talents far and wide. His talents has also granted him the pleasure of traveling out of the country. A true creative, he brings a charisma to the stage that is undeniable. The same can be said about Sanpriest as an event host. From parties, to private functions, he will keep crowds engaged all night long. His energy is infectious, and it knows no limitations.

The Adventure.
More recently, Sanpriest is now hosting his own podcast - “The Adventures of Sanpriest” - A show for everyday people discussing everyday things. The premise of the podcast is highlighting folks how are doing something positive, and bringing light into the world. The show has quickly begun to catch the eyes of people from all over - spreading love and positivity! New episodes release every Thursday and can be viewed on YouTube, Spotify, and all other podcast streaming platforms.
Sanpriest released his debut single “She’s Bad” the summer of 2024. This is just the first step to the release of his upcoming album due to release in late 2025. The album is set to showcase Sanpriest’s versatility as a songwriter, singer, and performer. He is an artist that you will want to keep on your radar!
